Hi,
My name is Himchand and I love the game of cricket. I played in Toronto for most of my life, but recently I moved to Victoria BC and because of the love for the game, I decided to search in Google for any cricket playing there. Without a boubt I stumbled upon a website and saw the number for a cricket coach by the name John Wenman. I contacted him right away via email and all was well, he invited me to a practice session and with that I was surely on the team for the next game.
I have played a lot of cricket in my life and I would concider myself to know the game very well and as such an average player. I played my first game at the Windsor Park Cricket Ground
and when I got there I was totally blown away with the
picturesque surroundings. What a big difference from playing in Toronto, yet still the level of cricket here in Victoria is no where compaired to that of Toronto Elite League.

However, I got two vital wickets one of which was a key player on the other team who was looking pretty decent batting . I did not get to bat simply because our teams first two batsmen nocked off the mere challenge the other team set for us. All in all it was a good day playing on this beautiful, well kept ground, Windsor Park Cricket Ground in Victoria BC.
